Where is the convention held?+
The Kroc Center Hawaiʻi in Kapolei, Oʻahu. Sessions are held in the Theatre, with meals in the Conference Centers. See the Venue page for details.
Why the change in Convention Site?+
Throughout the years, we have always held our Convention at the same location. There have been a number of issues with the former convention site. Leading the list was the cost; Lions have for years, voiced their frustration with the cost of attendance and we heard the plea. We are excited to announce that this year's cost is lower than the past.
Why travel so far for a Convention Site?+
Kroc Center Hawaiʻi the laragest community center in the State of Hawaiʻi. This facility is a full campus with dedicated space for sessions, meals, and recreation. Free parking is provided to all guests. With a world-class Theatre, there is simply no better venue.
Is alcohol allowed at the convention?+
No. Alcohol is strictly prohibited at the Kroc Center Hawaiʻi. See the Rules page for the full list of facility rules.
What hotel options are available?+
Three options are listed on the Hotels page: Hampton Inn & Suites Kapolei, Kroc Center Dorms, and an Airport Honolulu Hotel, at a range of price points.
Do I need to bring my own bedding if I stay in the Kroc Center Dorms?+
Yes. Dorm guests need to bring their own toiletries, shampoo, conditioner, sheets, pillows, and blankets.
How do I gain access to the Pools, Fitness Center, Showers, or Gymnasium?+
Access to the Rec facilities require an active membership or a day pass. Please inquire with the membership desk regarding potential free trials, day passes, or membership.
How do I get the early bird discount?+
Register for ALL events and take $25 off your total. Early bird pricing ends December 31, 2026, so get your form in before then. See the Registration page for the full fee list and how to submit.
