D50 ConventionRegistration
Registration is open for the 91st Annual District 50 Hawaiʻi Lions Convention, April 23-25, 2027. Forms must be postmarked no later than February 28, 2027.
Early bird — save $25
Take $25 off your total when you register for all events. Early bird pricing ends December 31, 2026, so send your form in early.
How to register
- Download the registration form using the button above. It's a fillable PDF with three parts: convention registration, event registration, and bento lunches.
- Email a completed copy of your form(s) to kokoheadlionmana@gmail.com.
- Mail your check along with a hard copy of the form.
Registration must be postmarked no later than February 28, 2027.

Everyone registered for the convention has entrance to the Posting of Colors and Club March (former Flag Ceremony) (Friday), the Keynote Speech (Friday), and the Awards Ceremony (Saturday). No food is allowed in the theatre, so please finish your bento before those sessions. Non-Lion guests do not need to be registered and do not pay the registration rate.
Payment
Make checks payable to District 50 Hawaii Lions, c/o Mana Taylor-Hall, and note "2027 Convention" in the memo. Checks can be mailed in with a hard copy of the form.
HLF Breakfast — not yet open
Please do not register or send payment for the HLF Breakfast. Registration for it is not available yet and will use a separate form. We'll send an district-wide email via the cabinent secretary and update this page as soon as that form is ready.
Confirmation
Once we receive your registration, we'll send a confirmation email back within 7 days. If you don't see a confirmation email, we have not received your registration — please contact us if you submitted yours and haven't heard back within 7 days.
Your confirmation email also includes accommodation information, including the group rates for our convention room block. See the Hotels page for the options, and book early — availability is extremely limited.
